The pipeline all-position automatic welding machine is a special equipment for pipe circumferential seam welding, especially suitable for welding of various pipe diameters above Φ126mm in the field environment.
The basic feature of the pipeline all-position automatic welding machine is that the entire welding process is a smooth transition from the flat welding state to the vertical welding state and then to the overhead welding state. The motion control of the various mechanisms of the welding trolley must meet the above basic requirements. Therefore, the welding speed, wire feeding speed, swing width, swing speed, welding voltage and welding current of the pipeline all-position automatic welding machine all change with the change of the state. The parameters of each point of the circle are automatically controlled by the computer program to realize the continuous change of the welding process parameters.
The pipeline all-position automatic welding machine adopts advanced computer motion control technology and has the following technical characteristics:
1. The walking motor and wire feeding motor of the welding car adopt servo motors, with quadrature encoders to realize position feedback and speed feedback, to ensure accurate position positioning accuracy and speed accuracy, and at the same time have good dynamic performance and output torque.

5.3, electrical control system
